The pharmaceutical industry at a global level has unique characteristics, whether due to its health/regulatory environment or its intangible assets. Furthermore, anyone who attempts to approach it must possess very specific know-how and understand that each market has its particular rules of play, access, registration, and commercialization. Simultaneously, Latin American health policies are extremely local, which requires anyone who intends to participate to have proven experience in each market.
This business complexity led us to create J3Pharma in 2010, initially as an international pharmaceutical business company, basically limited to the search for new products and new markets, basic pillars of business growth. Over time, we incorporated a regulatory affairs, quality, and development division into our team, understanding that our clients wanted to grow but lacked the time and human resources to support that growth.
Today, J3PHARMA is a company focused on pharmaceutical business growth, whether organically through its geographical expansion (opening new markets), therapeutically (development of new products and licensing of foreign products), or inorganically, acquiring business lines and other companies in the sector.
